We're pleased to announce an important leadership transition at Stagevision. Jason Grouette has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Scott Tomlinson, who has led the company since 2021, will transition to the role of Vice Chairman.

About Jason Grouette

Jason brings extensive leadership experience to Stagevision. He spent 23 years at 3M, where he led multiple business units exceeding $100 million in revenue. Most recently, he served as Vice President of the Personal Safety Division for the US and Canada, where he led 3M's N95 response during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since 2022, Jason has served as an Operating Partner with Banyan Capital Partners, Stagevision's private equity partner.

Scott Tomlinson's Leadership

Since joining Stagevision in 2021, Scott spearheaded significant growth that earned the company recognition on Canada's Top Growing Companies list in 2025. Under his leadership, Stagevision strengthened its market position as a leading provider of audiovisual and interpretation services, expanded service capabilities, and built a strong reputation for quality execution.

Scott will continue to provide strategic guidance to the company in his new role as Vice Chairman.
