Adding to the challenge was the introduction of a never-before-used scenic element: a 32-foot rotating stage with a two-sided LED wall, requiring complex automation, precision programming, and flawless transitions. Accessibility, global inclusivity, and hybrid engagement were also priorities, requiring global live streamingand real-time content switching.

Stagevision’s expert team engineered and executed every detail, bringing the vision to life through:

- Over 400 panels of 2.6mm LED video wall for ultra-HD, immersive visuals.
- A rotating stage with dual LED sides, enabling dynamic scene transitions.
- Full Meyer Sound audio system, engineered for speech clarity and dynamic impact.
- Multi-camera switching and a full broadcast control room, enabling global hybrid delivery.
- Multi-language distribution channels to support worldwide accessibility.

‍A large inventory of advanced production equipment and a crew of over 50 AV specialists supported the build, with detailed contingency plans and redundant systems across video, audio, power, and streaming infrastructure.
