
Hardy has had a long and distinguished history in meetings and events. He began his career as a cinema engineer in the film industry in the UK prior to immigrating to Canada. True to his entrepreneurial spirit, Hardy has had key roles through the years in building a number of AV companies in the GTA. He is the caretaker of many of the long-term relationships that Stagevision has built with our venue partners and acts as the primary representative of Stagevision with many industry organizations.

Jeff is Managing Director at Banyan where he is responsible for management oversight of the firm, preparation and execution of the annual business plan as well as management of new and existing investment opportunities. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Jeff was a Vice President with Richardson Capital Limited where he was responsible for analyzing, structuring and executing investments as well as providing support and guidance to portfolio companies.
Prior to that, Jeff worked in mid-market advisory services with Orenda Corporate Finance Ltd.Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a CFA Charterholder. Jeff was formerly a director of GWA and Party Packagers Inc. and is currently a director of Purity Life, MIP, Oakcreek Golf & Turf, Rack Attack, Newcrete, Innovative Surface Solutions, and Stagevision.
